The daughter of Samvel Karapetyan, who is the brother of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s Chief of Staff Karen Karapetyan, will be getting married on Sept. 17 in Moscow, reports local Armenian newspaper Fourth Sovereignty (Chorord Inknishkhanutyun), and adds that invited to the wedding is practically all of Armenia’s political elite, from Serzh Sargsyan to oligarchs and ministers.<\/p>\n
