Only in the fall of 2011 can we expect heated political debates, when there will be “signals” from Russia; until then, critical political developments are not possible, said PR company president Armen Badalyan, while speaking to journalists today.\u00a0<\/p>\n

PR specialist Karen Kocharyan, in turn, noted that “heated” and other similar characterizations are made by journalists, since the field is so stagnant that journalists themselves attempt to invent such formulas.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
“In reality, everything is calm; there’s always a fight in political parties, but to characterize it as critical or heated is not worth it,” added Kocharyan.\u00a0<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
According to Badalyan, only Russia can be conditioned by any political threat in Armenia.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
“Next year at this time, wait for the Kremlin’s signals, but I can’t say what Putin will put a stake on this time,” he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Asked by Epress.am if it’s possible to hold early presidential elections in the near future, Badalyan said:<\/p>\n
