Armenian Revolutionary Federation\u2013Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D) representative Vahan Hovhannisyan, while speaking to journalists today, made the above statement. Then he noted, that which has taken place lately in Armenia’s armed forces must become serious cause for concern.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“The Ministry of Defense mustn’t satisfy itself with examining those cases one-by-one [i.e. separately], and even if an impartial investigation takes place, it mustn’t be satisfied [with that]. It’s time for that to become a complex-problem.
