The Armenian National Congress (HAK) political council meeting, chaired by HAK leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan, took place today. HAK coordinator Levon Zurabyan informed journalists of some of the issues discussed at the meeting.<\/p>\n

“The first issue that was discussed is the message that HAK is sending to the Council of Europe (CoE), which we will deliver to the CoE representation during our Oct. 1 march.
