At a meeting of the Sardarapat Movement today, member Tigran Khzmalyan spoke of secret Armenia-Turkey negotiations that he says are taking place in Rome with the participation of former RA high-level officials Vartan Oskanian and Gerard Libaridian.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Epress.am contacted RA Minister of Foreign Affairs press spokesperson Tigran Balayan, asking whether the ministry is aware of such talks.<\/p>\n

Civilitas Foundation Communications Coordinator Anna Saghabalyan, in speaking to Epress.am, said that Vartan Oskanian is currently in Yerevan.<\/p>\n
