Armenia’s three presidents have never used their right; they have been the continuation of each other in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue; during the first few years, they were in the same team, said Heritage Party Chair Raffi Hovannisian while speaking to journalists today.<\/p>\n

Asked why the Heritage Party has supported Levon Ter-Petrosyan, if, according to the party, the issue of recognizing NKR’s independence has been delayed for 19 years, Hovannisian advised the inquirer not to personalize the party’s critique.<\/p>\n

“But yes, I believe that the main 2008 opposition candidate, the first president, should have spoken more clearly in national issues, regarding the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh,” said the MP.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“And after that, and I have said this to him directly, he should present to the public his reformed approaches.
