Furthermore, the destruction of the park violates their right to live in a healthy environment and their right to rest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'; min-height: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">The RA Administrative Court sent the case back, reasoning that the rights of the claimants weren&#8217;t violated.
