At 12 pm today, the Armenian National Congress (HAK) will be organizing a six-hour-long picket in front of the Government Guest House at 47 Mashtots Ave. next to the Matenadaran (Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts). Note that the Council of Europe (CoE) Forum for the Future of Democracy kicks off at the guest house today, in which a number of high-ranking CoE officials, including CoE Secretary General Thorbj\u00f8<\/span>rn Jagland, will be participating in the three-day forum.\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The opposition group is preparing to show the forum participants its protest to Armenia’s current political climate.
