The West and Russia are concerned about the possibility of Azerbaijan initiating war in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is why they try to maintain the status quo, writes Farhad Mammadov in the paper Yeni Musavat<\/span>.<\/p>\n

According to Mammadov, he has information that Western states are discussing the deployment of peacekeeping forces in the conflict zone even before resolving the conflict.<\/p>\n

“These talks were conducted among the United States, the EU and Russia.
