Moscow’s position in the matter of resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has changed in principal after the meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia in Sochi last January, said political analyst Mubariz Ahmedoglu in an interview with Novosti-Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

He attributes this to the sale of a type of weaponry called “Peony,” which “unlike the C300, is intended for attack.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

“This means that if war begins, Russia will support Azerbaijan,” said Ahmedoglu.<\/p>\n
