Currently, a criminal case under Article 215 Section 2 of Armenia&#8217;s Criminal Code (smuggling radioactive materials) has been launched against Dadayan, according to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sns.am\/index.php\/am\/news\/153-08112010\" target=\"_blank\">news release<\/a> by the RA NSS.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'; min-height: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; font: normal normal normal 14px\/normal 'Arian AMU'\">As <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/FNew.aspx?nid=8133\" target=\"_blank\">previously reported by Epress.am<\/a>, 18 grams of HEU was smuggled by train from Armenia to Georgia in a lead-lined cigarette packet in March. The two men involved in transporting the substance were arrested in April, but the details of the operation were not known until Sunday when it was disclosed that two Armenian nationals \u2014 Sumbat Tonoyan, 63, a former dairy factory owner, and Hrant Ohanyan, 59, a retired nuclear physicist from Yerevan Physics Institute \u2014 were implicated in the smuggling case.
