The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CoE) has adopted the organisation\u2019s programme and budget for 2011, according to the CoE official website.<\/p>\n

The programme and budget for 2011 reflects the need to control expenditure, reduce operating costs and redeploy resources to priority sectors.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Ordinary Budget for 2011 totals \u20ac<\/span>217 million, reflecting zero growth compared with the 2010 budget. Member states\u2019 contributions stand at \u20ac<\/span>211 million.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Among CIS countries, the largest allocation of the CoE budget has been made by Russia, at \u20ac<\/span>29,758,380. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The amount paid by Armenia is \u20ac<\/span>341,967; Georgia, \u20ac<\/span>358,974; and Azerbaijan, \u20ac<\/span>850,624. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Among the 47 countries, the largest membership fee was paid by France, which will pay \u20ac<\/span>37,900,141 into the CoE budget.
