Manoyan explained that Turkey, using the opportunity given to him with the Armenia-Turkey Protocols and using that as leverage, attempted to get a document “which would satisfy it, so that it [Turkey] would ratify the Protocols.” Nevertheless, “the worse didn’t happen.” However, added Manoyan, the signed document is not very good. <\/p>\n
