On the evening of Dec. 10, Armenian businessman Ara Khachatryan was shot in the center of Moscow. His body was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the back of his car. A criminal case has been launched, reports Regnum news agency. <\/p>\n

Khachatryan, the CEO of Luding Ltd.’s St. Petersburg office (“LUDING-SPb”), the official distributor in Russia for Noy factory in Armenia belonging to Prosperous Armenia party leader and notorious businessman Gagik Tsarukyan. <\/p>\n

It’s interesting to note that on the same day, the Russian daily Kommersant reported that Russian federal state enterprise Trading House “Kremlin” (controlled by the Russian president’s administration affairs department) signed a licensing agreement with the well-known Armenian brandy, wine and vodka factory Ararat to issue the premium cognac “Kremlin Award.”<\/p>\n
