Graffiti art depicting imprisoned journalist, chief editor of local daily Haykakan Jamanak (“Armenian Times”) Nikol Pashinyan has been seen on the pedestrian underpass near the Chekhov school on Baghramyan Blvd. in central Yerevan.<\/p>\n

The graffiti is the work of “Art Laboratoria,” al local group of painters and artists. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Recall that the same group is responsible for the now infamous graffiti art found on the walls of the pedestrian underpass near Vernissage market, on Khanjan street, depicting a soldier who has shot himself.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The work was much discussed in the Armenian blogosphere and was also included in an exhibit at the Armenian Center for Contemporary Experimental Art (ACCEA, or NPAK in Armenian).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
