Good night,\u201d wrote Medvedev.<\/p>\n<p>On December 15, during the measures undertaken to prevent the clashes between racist hooligans and ethnic minorities, Russian police detained more than 1000 people.<\/p>\n<p>Clashes were registered between Slavic Russians and people from the Caucasus region in different parts of the Russian capital.
