But I think there is such an intention. There exists a certain plan, created or not created, but, in any case, it exists. However, that there&#8217;s a need for serious reforms in the situation existing in (Armenia&#8217;s) political elite is obvious, said Caucasus Institute Director Alexander Iskandaryan at a press conference in Yerevan today.<\/p>\n<p>He doesn&#8217;t believe that former Yerevan mayor Gagik Beglaryan&#8217;s resignation was planned; however, the incident &#8220;isn&#8217;t restricted to only the mayor and will lead to a inter-clan struggle among the elite.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s an intention to continue the process.
