Melikyan insists that the &#8220;liberated territories&#8221; must be given to Azerbaijani-Armenian refugees with the right of ownership.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The problems of Armenians from Nakhichevan and Azerbaijan can be resolved within our capabilities.
