It&#8217;s necessary to take down inventory in order to understand how many developers have surpassed their deadlines. In this way, it&#8217;ll be possible to manage this arena effectively. We must ask developers to maintain construction norms, so that inconveniences are not created for Yerevan and Yerevan residents,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Karapetyan also spoke of those who operate service centers and underground shops in the capital.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, manager of such shops are required to maintain their contractual obligations, to improve, clean and plant greenery in the areas adjacent to their leased premises.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of effectively arranging sanitary cleaning in Yerevan, the mayor ordered a realistic assessment in order to get a clear picture of the fees charged.
