Even if they turn somersaults,&#8221; said Armenian National Congress (HAK) coordinator Levon Zurabyan, speaking to journalists in Yerevan today and commenting on the observation that after last week&#8217;s joint declaration signed by the ruling coalition, the presidential elections can be considered over.<\/p>\n<p>In the oppositionist&#8217;s words, much has changed over the past three years. &#8220;Civil society has been created, an atmosphere of intolerance has developed, a strong nationwide movement has been created which grows stronger day by day.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, Zurabyan continued, the regime is gradually breaking up and being consumed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The fact that they, using the most humiliating methods, essentially, applying political coercion with respect to the Prosperous Armenia party, are consolidating their team means their affairs are quite bad,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Note, however, that Zurabyan insists he is addressing this issue only because journalists contact him for comments, since he considers the coalition&#8217;s statement to be a third issue (that is, not a priority).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Today in the world, there are completely different processes. Today the people stand up against autocratic regimes and we discuss some declaration that&#8217;s just a poor way to strengthen their own rank and file?
