The HHK deputy added, Armenia&#8217;s authorities always call for dialogue, but &#8220;don&#8217;t make any ultimatums.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the first place, this dialogue has to exist within the opposition. I would like for an example of dialogue to be shown by the opposition arena,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Heritage Party MP Stepan (Styopa) Safaryan noticed a change in tactics in HAK&#8217;s latest 15 demands.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If before, when presenting demands, they said all demands without exception had to be met, well now they say that dialogue can begin if a significant portion of the demands are satisfied.
