Nevertheless, I still see more differences than similarities between the so-called color revolutions of the CIS and what is happening now in the Middle East,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the foreign minister, the situation in the Middle East is &#8220;to a great extent, the result of internal events and processes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Certainly, modern information and communication technologies have played a role, but the impetus for the events became the people&#8217;s mood of protest, which was due to socioeconomic issues.
