{"id":80952,"date":"2011-03-31T14:04:56","date_gmt":"2011-03-31T09:04:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=80952"},"modified":"2011-03-31T14:05:54","modified_gmt":"2011-03-31T09:05:54","slug":"court-rules-in-favor-of-us-university-for-blacklisting-turkish-site-for-armenian-genocide-denial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2011\/03\/31\/court-rules-in-favor-of-us-university-for-blacklisting-turkish-site-for-armenian-genocide-denial.html","title":{"rendered":"Court Rules in Favor of US University for &#8216;Blacklisting&#8217; Turkish Site for Armenian Genocide Denial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A US district court judge ruled Tuesday that the University of Minnesota\u2019s Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies (CHGS) acted legally when it created a \u201cblacklist\u201d labeling certain websites as unreliable for academic use, reports the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mndaily.com\/2011\/03\/30\/judge-dismissed-blacklist-case-against-u\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Minnesota Daily<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Turkish Coalition of America, whose website appeared on the list.
