Note, opposition members consider Bareghamyan a political prisoner.<\/p>\n<p>The board&#8217;s decision today is to be sent to Hrazdan penitentiary where Aram Bareghamyan is currently being held.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The noted penitentiary, on this basis, must submit a petition to the Kotayk District Court of First Instance&#8217;s Hrazdan quarter, after which on the basis of the court&#8217;s ruling, Bareghamyan should be released.
