This news was conveyed to Epress.am by his son, Sargis Khachatryan.<\/p>\n<p>Recall, Khachatryan was arrested on Mar. 13 and charged under RA Criminal Code Article 316 Section 1 (violence against a representative of the authorities), connected to an incident that took place during the March 1 HAK rally.<\/p>\n<p>Sargis Khachatryan also said that his father&#8217;s attorney, finding out about Samson Khachatryan&#8217;s condition, said his client is in need of a thorough medical examination, since months ago he underwent serious heart surgery.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, attorney Ara Zakaryan was at Nubarashen prison, by Samson Khachatryan&#8217;s side.
