“The victim is in the Ear-Nose-Throat [ENT or Otolaryngology] division of the hospital; he has problems with his hearing. His life is not in danger,” RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs press secretary Tigran Balayan told Novosti-Armenia.<\/p>\n
