The Human Rights Defender misunderstood the meaning of dialogue, since the issue refers not to dialogue between the [Armenian National] Congress and the parliamentary [ruling] coalition, but to dialogue between the [Armenian National] Congress and the current authorities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2. There is a need for neither an internal nor an external mediator in the format of direct dialogue between the authorities and the [Armenian National] Congress.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;3.
