At the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) yesterday, Armenian National Congress (HAK) representative Arman Grigoryan , asked by a local daily Haykakan Jamanak (&#8220;Armenian Times&#8221;) reporter the reasons for the delay, said that, according to his sources, Armenian authorities, who received the report ahead of time, asked for a little bit more time to respond to the issues raised in the report.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Commissioner for Human Rights office, honoring this request, delayed the report going public by one week.
