According to the new law, said Arakelyan, the term &#8220;rally&#8221; has changed to &#8220;gathering&#8221; and new requirements have been introduced. In particular, the number expected to attend the &#8220;gathering,&#8221; as well as its aim, the technical means and objects to be used have to be included in the request.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Furthermore, according to the new law, the submitted claim won&#8217;t be discussed in the presence of the parties; rather, the authoritative body, city hall, will discuss and make the decision alone,&#8221; said Arakelyan.<\/p>\n<p>Note, this new law was put into effect on May 3 of this year.
