{"id":96938,"date":"2011-05-19T15:31:03","date_gmt":"2011-05-19T10:31:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=96938"},"modified":"2011-05-19T15:31:03","modified_gmt":"2011-05-19T10:31:03","slug":"criminal-case-launched-against-stepanavan-resident-for-tax-evasion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2011\/05\/19\/criminal-case-launched-against-stepanavan-resident-for-tax-evasion.html","title":{"rendered":"Criminal Case Launched Against Stepanavan Resident for Tax Evasion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The State Interests&#8217; Protection Department of the RA General Prosecutor&#8217;s Office has initiated a criminal case on willful tax evasion, according to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.genproc.am\/en\/125\/item\/6675\/\"><strong>statement<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>published on the RA General Prosecutor&#8217;s Office website.<\/p>\n<p>By investigating the prepared material it has become known that the director of \u201cOperation and Construction of Roads in Stepanavan\u201d S. Jilavyan, in 2009\u20132010, presented to the Regional Tax Inspectorate false VAT invoices for July-November 2009 and March-June 2010 as well as a false annual report on the activity of the company for 2009. Thus, S.
