The interview was conducted by the radio station&#8217;s first deputy editor Sergei Buntman, who travelled to Stepanakert, the capital of NKR, for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So many questions are directed at me, at us, as to why Armenia doesn&#8217;t recognize Nagorno-Karabakh&#8217;s independence. Armenian leaders have repeatedly stated and claim that the reason they have not recognized NKR&#8217;s independence is due to the negotiation process within the OSCE Minsk Group. Armenia is working to ensure that Nagorno-Karabakh&#8217;s independence is recognized by not only Armenia, but also members of the European and international community.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We carry out similar work and we do it quite openly.
