Local daily Hraparak, basing its predictions on its sources, forecasts who will be released from prison under the new amnesty.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Political prisoners Nikol Pashinyan and Sasun Mikaelyan will be released from prison through the amnesty, since they have served a third of their term. An amnesty is also planned for the other political prisoners. We managed to find out that released under the amnesty will be those who&#8217;ve been imprisoned for less than 3 years, all women who have children under 3 years of age, pregnant women and minors sentenced to up to 5 years&#8217; imprisonment. Also included under the amnesty are participants of the Patriotic and Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] War, as well as those sentenced to up to 10 years of prison who have served a third of their sentence and are under certain restrictions.
