Peacekeeping Forces in Karabakh Not to be From Russia, US or France: Azerbaijan MFA

Peacekeeping forces to be deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh will not be from OSCE Minsk Group co-chair or regional countries, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, referring to an agreement for which no other details are available.
He said the deployment of peacekeeping forces has been included in the basic principles for the conflict settlement.

“The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict must be resolved stage-by-stage and all stages are interrelated,” he said, reports the Baku-based Trend News agency.
