Azerbaijan Not Afraid of Unrest in Russia and Kazakhstan

Members of Azerbaijan’s opposition are following current developments in the world and not relying on the support and will of their people, head of the public and political issues at Azerbaijan’s presidential administration Ali Hasanov told journalists in Baku.

According to him, the events taking place in Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries around the world have nothing to do with Azerbaijan.

“There’s no need to draw parallels between what happens in other countries and what’s going on in Azerbaijan. Those who seek to undermine stability are doomed to failure. There is unity between the government and people of Azerbaijan, and the policy pursued by the authorities is supported by the people of the country,” he said.
