19-Year-Old Armenian Soldier Shot Dead in Nagorno-Karabakh

Nagorno-Karabakh defense army conscript Khoren D Harutyunyan, 19, died of a gunshot wound at around 10 am on Thursday at a southeastern military unit, according to a short statement released by the press service of the NKR defense ministry.

Investigation is underway into the circumstances that led to the soldier's death, officials said without further elaboration.
