New Police Chief Sacks Head of Interpol in Armenia

A Nov. 5 decree by Armenia’s newly appointed Police Chief, Lieutenant General Vladimir Gasparyan appointed Vardan Yeghiazaryan (pictured) to the position of Chief of RA Police Headquarters, thus releasing him from his position as head of the Interpol National Central Bureau of Armenia, according to a statement on the Republic of Armenia Police website.
