Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia Foreign Ministers to Meet in Moscow Today

The foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia will meet in Moscow today during which time the parties will discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process.

Earlier, OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair Igor Popov of the Russian Federation had said that after the foreign ministers’ meeting, a meeting with the presidents will take place most likely in June or July.

“The ‘2+1’ format of negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan [with Russia acting as mediator] are useful and should be continued in the future,” said Popov.
