Moscow Activists Demand Liberation of Occupied Territories in Georgia

Some members of the opposition in Russia held a rally outside the foreign affairs ministry in Moscow today in support of Georgia.

According to organizers, the rally is dedicated to Georgia’s Day of Independence and its main demand was the release of occupied territories. The rally was sanctioned by authorities.

Despite the permit, police arrested rally organizer Lolita Tsariya along with three activists, reports Georgia Online.
