Dialogue will Lead to Meeting Between Levon Ter-Petrossian and Serzh Sargsyan, Says MP

The dialogue between the Armenian National Congress (HAK) and the authorities, in the end, will lead to “the conversation between [HAK leader] Levon Ter-Petrossian and [Armenian President] Serzh Sargsyan,” Prosperous Armenia MP and member of the working group engaged in dialogue with the opposition Vardan Bostanjyan told reporters in Yerevan today.

“In any case, the decision-makers have to be higher-level individuals, who are considered leaders of the given political entities,” he said.

According to the MP, in this political climate, the most important thing is to create a space for compromise solutions, whereby “our leaders can actually draw conclusions.”

Bostanjyan assured the press that the next meeting between the opposition and the ruling coalition’s working group will take place next week.
