The Heritage Party won’t nominate any parliamentary candidates under the majoritarian system until Mar. 18, head of the party’s parliamentary faction Stepan (Styopa) Safaryan told local daily Yerkir on Tuesday.
Safaryan said that the party will have a meeting on Mar. 18 during which time the answers to many questions will be known. Whether the Heritage Party and Free Democrats will run in the May 6 parliamentary election as an alliance will be known on Mar. 18.
“Not all issues are clarified; decisions haven’t been confirmed — nothing can be clear until the 18th,” he said, reports Yerkir.
