Karabakh Civilian Shot Dead by Azeri Sniper – Official

An investigation is underway after a shepherd in Karabakh was fatally wounded as a result of a ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani side, the press service of the Karabakh Defense Army said in a statement Friday, February 12.

According to Karabakh military authorities, 54-year-old Hakob Hambardzumyan, a resident of the village of Vazgenashen of Karabakh’s Martuni region, was shot dead by an Azerbaijani sniper at around 4 pm Thursday.
