One of the most important and pressing cases that the Special Investigation Service of Armenia should deal with now is the disclosure of the crime of March 1 [2008] and the consequent murders, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated on Wednesday when introducing the newly-appointed chief of the agency Sasun Khachatryan to the staff.
“I want to make sure that you know that when we say there are no limitations, we mean exactly that there are no limitations. If in the past there were cases that did not move forward for some political, internal or other objective and biased reasons, I hope that under the leadership of the new head of the SIS, investigators will address all these cases in order to ensure full-fledged law and order in Armenia,” Pashinyan said.
