The Armenian National Congress (HAK) is attentively following events following elections in Armenia’s strategic partner, Russia, member of HAK’s foreign relations committee Vladmir Karapetyan told Epress.am.
“We hope that the Russian authorities, political forces and society in this situation will find solutions that will promote democracy and stability in that country,” he said.
