Yerevan Court of First Instance of Kentron (Center) and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts sustained the case launched by the Investigation Department of Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) against 7 individuals who illegally crossed the Armenia-Turkey border a few days ago.

As told to Epress.am by a NSS spokesperson, the 7 individuals’ detention has been extended by 2 months.

Recall that on Nov. 21, seven individuals who crossed the border illegally were arrested near Surenavan as a result of investigative work by the NSS.

A court case was launched under charges of RA Criminal Code Article 329 (illegally crossing the border).
