Transit Vehicles from Armenia will Now be Able to Bypass Tbilisi

Georgia’s Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure will complete by year end the construction of a 7-km bypass road designed to relieve traffic in the capital of Tbilisi.

The new road will facilitate the movement of transit vehicles from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Central Asia in the direction of the Georgian port cities of Poti and Batumi, and Europe.
