Monitoring of Karabakh-Azerbaijan Contact Line Near Terter Passed Peacefully

On Jul. 20, according to the agreement with the authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the OSCE mission conducted a regular monitoring of the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces’ contact line, near the town of Terter, according to a press statement issued by the foreign affairs office of the Nagorno-Karabakh authorities.

From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Antal Herdich (Hungary) and Marius Puodziunas (Lithuania).

On the opposite side, the monitoring group comprised of Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Christo Christov (Bulgaria) and William Prior (Great Britain).

The monitoring passed in accordance with the agreed schedule. No violation of the ceasefire regime was noted.
