Monument Honoring Slain Activist Sergei Nigoyan Erected in Kiev

A monument honoring the memory of Sergei Nigoyan was erected on Mar. 1 on Grushevsky Street in Kiev, reports Aspetky.net [RU]. 

Recall, the Ukrainian citizen of Armenian descent who hailed from Dnipropetrovsk died from a gunshot wound on Jan. 22 on Grushevsky St.

The young man, who had come to Kiev to participate in the anti-government protests, was killed by law enforcement officials. 

Note, more than 80 people have been killed from clashes between protestors and law enforcement officials in Ukraine.
