Armenian Conscript Found Dead from Alleged Suicide

A conscript of Armenia's Armed Forces, Armavir resident Arsen Mkhitaryan, was found dead on July 3 with a gunshot wound through his chin while on guard duty at a Tavush province military unit, Armenian Investigative Committee reported Monday.

According to the law enforcement agency's statement, a criminal case has been initiated under article 110.1 of Armenia's Criminal Code (incitement to suicide).
