Yerevan’s FC Mika lost to Baku’s FC Inter in the quarter finals of the CIS and Baltic States Champions Cup in St. Petersburg, Russia.
In the first half of the football (soccer) match, Mika played an even game with Inter till the 30th minute; however, Mika lost its vigilance and let two goals slip by. Vladmir Levin was able to score the first goal from a close range, while 5 minutes later, Girts Karlsons sent the ball flying over goalkeeper Gevorg Kasparov.
At the start of the second half, the Azerbaijani team scored two more goals (by Levin and Dmitri Kruglov), finally determining the outcome: 4-0.
