Red Cross Representatives Met with Armenian POWs in Azerbaijan

On Jan. 25, members of the International Committee of the Red Cross met with Armenian POWs and civilians kept in Azerbaijan, ICRC Community Project Manager Ashot Astabatsyan told Epress.am.

He noted that these meetings were humanitarian in nature.

“We meet, we talk, we discuss with them their living conditions, their physical and mental state, but since there are working principles of confidentiality, we cannot publicize that,” he said.
